Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.

Dancing with Miss Val

  • If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
  • You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
    By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your booking is considered confirmed once payment is processed, and you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Depending on the type of service and the timing of your cancellation, different policies may apply:
    • For individual classes or sessions, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
    • For group events or longer-term commitments, such as workshops or courses, specific cancellation deadlines and refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor availability, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment.
  • In the event of cancellation by us, you will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or a refund will be offered.
  • Refunds: If applicable.
  • Requests for rescheduling bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and mutual agreement.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your booking.


Changes by Us:

We reserve the right to make changes to scheduled sessions, instructors, or venues as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants in advance.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and licence as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Booking and Cancellation Policy.

El Ritmo Dance Classes

El Ritmo Terms do not operate during school holidays, we share the same terms as the standard school year. Our dance classes run for 6, 8 or 10 weeks only.

Enrolments are done through El Ritmo “Store”, which means each student must complete the online forms to enrol into our programs. Enrolment is due one week prior term starts or 7 days after the trial lesson. Trial lessons are at no cost, however, if a student decides to enrol the trial class will automatically be invoiced as per normal class.

Payment Methods: Electronic Funds Transfer via Store.

Details are provided on the invoice.

There are no credits or refunds for a missed class. Fees remain payable in cases of absence, there are no reductions, make up classes or refunds for sickness.

We do not offer make-up lessons for classes missed. If you have a change of mind and do not wish to continue, your lessons will be forfeited. Please note we do not offer refunds.

Monday – Friday: 10am – 6.00pm, Saturday 1.00pm – 2.00pm
(First 2 weeks of term contact happens from Monday to Friday & 10am – 2pm Saturdays for re-enrolments)
